Jerome will teach you and up to 5 friends how to butcher and prepare your choice of meat, then guide you through the best ways to barbeque each cut you have made. All knives for butchery will be supplied by Jerome.

Jerome will also sharpen your knives and teach you how to keep them razor sharp!
This lot is available to take place either at Jerome's home or at yours. If you have enough space at your home, then the group could be increased to up to 8 people.
