Jessamy Keily is a Dorchester based artist whose work is heavily inspired by the patterns of nature and particularly the beauty of the ocean and its creatures. She usually works in inks, creating artworks that 'goes against the flow', with little things to find hidden within her work such as a shoal with one fish swimming the opposite way. You can find her prints, originals and cards in local stockists in Wareham, Wimborne and Dorchester, and her work is in homes around the world. Jessamy has stepped out of her own comfort zone to make a piece especially for the Gala auction, creating a 10 inch painting on canvas called 'Shine Bright', celebrating our differences. This time one fish is a bright pink, and the painted edges create a pink glow on the wall around the painting, so that the beautiful brightness of the one different fish spreads wherever it goes!
