Sir William Connolly, CBE 'The Big Yin' was voted the greatest stand-up comic on Channel 4's 100 Greatest Stand-Ups and again in the updated 2010 poll. In recent years, he has established himself as an artist. In 2018, he stated "art is my life now" as he unveiled the third relear of his orn on a Rainy Day series in Glasgow. Craig Campbell had the privilege of painting and meeting the legend himself and the image of Billy Connolly was used to lught up Scotland blue for Parkinson's UK last year.
