In South West Wales renowned Coastal Forager Craig Evans and his faithful Golden Retriever Llew (Welsh for Lion) are bringing coastal education and sustainability to the public with his Coastal Foraging Courses in an ethical and accessible way. Our Coastal Foraging experiences hosted by Craig Evans will teach you all about edible sea-food, where to find or catch it and a bit of local history at the same time. Craig leads professional courses along the coasts of Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire and emboldens customers with the knowledge of how to discover and recognise the natural bounty we have on the coast of South West Wales. Course members will take away that knowledge that can be utilised in similar environments.
