Michelin-star Chef Owner Tom Kitchin and his team will create a seasonal 4-course lunch or dinner for 10 guests, showcasing the wonder of Scotland’s land and seas. The menu will reflect a deep-rooted ‘From Nature to Plate’ philosophy and will be designed to take guests on a journey through Scotland.

Hosted in the Private Dining Room, adjacent to The Bonnie Badger’s enviable Garden, guests will be greeted with a glass of champagne to start the evening before enjoying a taste of the local larder. The experience also includes a personally signed copy of Chef Tom Kitchin’s latest cookbook ‘Tom Kitchin’s Fish & Shellfish’ to take home.
