Led by Chef Owner, Tom Kitchin, the restaurant won a Michelin Star just six months after opening - an accolade that has been retained now for 17 years.
The Kitchin’s philosophy ‘From Nature to Plate’, is a true reflection of Chef Tom Kitchin's passion for the finest, freshest Scottish seasonal produce and the cooking at the restaurant reflects Tom’s own Scottish heritage, blended with the inspiration he garnered working at some of the world’s leading restaurants.
Michelin-star Chef Owner Tom Kitchin and Head Chef Lachlan Archibald, together with their talented team will create an exceptional dining experience, presenting a bespoke 7 course Chef ’s Tasting Menu showcasing the wonder of Scotland’s land and sea. The menu will reflect the restaurant’s philosophy and will be designed to take guests on a journey through Scotland.
