Product Description

Ganton Golf Club lies in the Vale of Pickering in North Yorkshire.  Regularly featured in the World Top100, Ganton has played host to many National and International Professional and Amateur Championships. The Ryder Cup was held in 1949, won by the visiting American team, Captained by Ben Hogan.  The Club has hosted the Curtis Cup and the Walker Cup, and in 2021 Ganton staged both the R&A Men’s Seniors Amateur Championship and the English Men’s Open Amateur Championship (Brabazon Trophy).   Ganton is described by many as an ‘inland links’ course due to the sandy nature of the terrain, and a visit is not for the faint hearted. Firm surfaces, fine grasses, sandy waste areas, undulating greens, cavernous bunkers, and gorse make this Championship links a must play for any golfer. Vardon House, the on-site dormy accommodation, provides golfers with an opportunity to immerse themselves in the traditional culture at Ganton Golf Club.

The prize comprises two rounds of golf for four golfers along with overnight accommodation in Vardon House, the on-site dormy accommodation (two twin rooms) followed by a traditional breakfast in the club house.
