This fabulous prize is ideal for either a corporate or family and friends event. An executive chef will travel to the location of your choice with al the ingredients and equipment needed to provide a full Hog Roast Feast. Your menu will consist of a full hog roast with sea salt crackling, rosemary and garlic infused leg of lamb and mint sauce, 'surf and turf' sirloin of beef and king prawn stir fry. This will accompanied with a selection of five homemade salads to include plum tomato and red onion, red cabbage coleslaw, mixed leaf salad, five bean rocket and Parmesan, and potato & spring onion salad, hot minted new potatoes, Halloumi cheese and pepper skewers (v), soft bread rolls, assorted sauces and dips, Your feast will be topped off with tropical fresh fruit kebabs, raspberry syrup and vanilla baked cheesecake with fresh cream. A glass of bubbly for each guest is also included. Valid for 12 months, Monday - Friday subject to availability at the location of your choice within England (and Wales for a £50 supplement).
