About Us

The Soldiering On Awards is underwritten each year by X-Forces Enterprise (XFE) on behalf of the Armed Forces community.

As a registered Community Interest Company (CIC), a not-for-profit social enterprise, XFE is a strategic delivery partner for a variety of Armed Forces community activities and most specifically for supporting any members of the community interested in a career in self-employment or business ownership. All proceeds of this silent auction will go towards establishing the Soldiering On Academy and the delivery of the first programme to a cohort of wounded, injured and sick veterans in Spring 2025.

The Soldiering On Award Silent Auction is organised by Impulse Decisions.
